This one is a rare one. Usually in agriculture the engines were built by Fowler of Leeds, Burrell of Thetford, or Garrett in Leiston. This one is a Gibbons and Robinson made in Wantage, England. Only a few were built and this is one of the only ones left.
Gibbons and Robinson Steam Traction engine

When I was a kid, my maternal grandfather and his neighbors still used a steam engine to run the thresher during the summer wheat harvest.

I always loved the smell of the coal smoke.
