John Deere Model 1050 4WD

I am looking at a 1989 John Deere model 1050 4 WD with loader. Can anybody tell the good and/or bad with this model.

I don't know about the 1050 but I have an 850two wheel drive with loader, bought it new and it has done everything I have asked of it and a whole lot more. The only thing I have replaced is the water pump. Hope this helps. Neil

I have a Yanmar 330 basically the same as the JD 950 and 1050,have had it 20 years been a great reliable tractor for me.Cut hay with it today.
