This is an old picture probably 5 years ago. I did disking for over 30 yearsI miss doing it. For a while I was doing disking and mowing. It is an end of a family tradition. Dad started doing disking for other in the late 40's between farming. He had another old chevy truck. I saw a picture of it years ago, all I remember about it was it had a lever in the cab. if the driver wanted to signal he pulled the lever, and a arm came up outside to give turning direction, I thought it was fun pulling the lever. Stan, is that actually your truck? I know that picture has been posted here before. In fact, I have it saved on our computer. My Dad once owned a '54 that looked exactly like that truck, right down to the color!

Dad purchased it new, and has been in the family ever sense. I guess it's mine now, the truck has had a hard life, hauling hay, beans, and tractors. it
has been garaged all it's life. Stan

(quoted from post at 10:36:23 07/26/23) Barbie pink?
would call it "aged" or faded red. Had a 1948 Ford that went from bright red to that same color over the next 16 years.
