different 3pt blade setup

picked this up at an auction last week. $130

its pretty heavy duty and has a large handle you can use to pull the spring loaded pin out and then rotate the blade with the lever so you don't have to leave the tractor seat. looks like someone extended the handle to reach the tractor seat better. To use it in reverse you have to get off the seat to adjust as the pin for that is attached but is not spring loaded and is tucked under the frame.

I cannot find a name on it. the tag in the picture only says genuine Timken roller bearings referring to the bearings in the main pivot. which spins very easily.

also has a wheel to adjust its own permanently attached top link, presumably from the tractor seat as well if you can reach it.

its 6ft and has a little wear on the outside corners but not too bad. since its so heavy duty seems like a decent deal for $130

anyone seen one before or know what brand it might be?

THanks.

I think those were branded by JI CASE at one time. I wanted one until my son put a snow plow on his pick-up, now I just watch the snow move. lol gobble

sure looks like it in about every way.

what year do you think those came out?

would have been more interesting when i had the Case 800 still.

surprised there is no tag on it anywhere.

thanks.

Use one just like it on a Case 300 NF all the time. With the Case hydraulics I can make my drive and turn around area as smooth and level as a pool table. By being able to adjust blade angle from the seat, it actually is fun to use.

Just noticed your missing the cap for the swivel bearing. The cast cap had a groove for the handle to rest in and also acted as a pivot point for raising the pin to change the blade angle. Works much easier with the cap, I will post a picture of it later.

I have had two of those Danusers. A 6' Ford/Dearborn and an 8' Case. They both came with the long handle to angle the blade from the seat.
I broke the Case one but repaired it.
Pressed a tube into it and welded it back together.
You could Never tell it had been repaired.
A Case Collector from I think was So Dakota bought it from me - 10 or 12 years ago.

See the blade with the rake and the tailwheel in the ad? I knew where one of those was but the old gent wouldn't sell it even though he couldn't use it anymore. He passed away and wasn't buried for a week when his daughter and son-in-law had somebody come in and scrap just about every darn thing on the place.
