Where is it located on the pump or elseware?

I would expect it to be right at the point the lever on the pump rests when at idle it would set on it.

It's the 5/16 inch fine thread screw, LOWEST of the two screws at the lower left of the injection pump rear. Back it out to lower the idle speed. Both screw ends limit the INTERNAL cam travel on the throttle shaft. The 1/4 inch fine thread screw just above is the high speed stop screw.

To add to DTs description it probably has a lock nut and screwdriver slot in the end of the bolt.
