Were there 3 bottom Oliver plows that looked like that in 1913? Looks like it might be newer to me but I don't know Oliver plows either.

That is most likely an engine gang plow. Oliver built them for the steam traction engines and the big gas prairie tractors. 3 bottoms is small for one of them and may have been built by Oliver for a specific kind of tractor, as some companies had direct hitching setups back then. It could be the only surviving example. But we don't know because the seller doesn't provide enough information.
