Here she is in 2014. The two men in the picture are over 6' so you can get an idea of her size. Note the anvil and spare gear on the front.

I think the tyres (tires) are unique but must work since it works. I couldn't find the 2 men until I started to scroll down to look at other replies and saw the second picture. I found the anvil and gear easy enough.
