Sons 1500 with 5.3,his heater/ac,4wd,hvac1,ign3 fuses have no power at fuse panel.ignition switch? If so what needs replaced?abs and p/brake light stays illuminated

Check for a poor connection at the (+) battery post, some have multiple stacked connections there that corrosion can sneak into and check for any evidence that mice have been in or beneath the underhood fuse center.

If OK in those areas, it's VERY likely the ignition switch itself has failed, a COMMON problem.

GM came up with an updated version as did the aftermarket.

Last one I replaced none were available through GM or AC Delco. I used a Standard Ignition part.

I have repaired several of that generation of trucks having similar problems with the ignition switch. This is not the key cylinder but the actual electronic part of the switch.

Second wore outs check for mice!!! That fuse panel is just the top part of that distribution box in the engine compartment there is a whole mess of wires below that mice love to have a party in. Fuse panel pops off then under that one tab on the side and the big plastic cover comes up. Then theres a bunch of connectors on the back of the fuse panel usually with the insulation missing from a few of wires if your lucky. If your unlucky like me they will all be chewed. If I remember right a lot of that stuff is in the same corner of that panel...
