Deutz tractor oil gauge

I have a 60mm oil gauge for my d6006, having a hard time finding the hardware to hook it up , its supposed to use a 6mm line is what I'm hearing , any help is appreciated , thanks

"is what I'm hearing"

That is not helpful - do you have a manual, did you hear that from a dealer or mechanic or a neighbor? Where did you get that info - that sourece likely has the rest of the story.

Way, way too many variables to give you an answer at this point. Is this the factory gauge or a generic aftermarket gauge? What exactly are you trying to connect to what exactly? For example, "I have a tube coming up to the factory location of the oil pressure gauge and I'm trying to connect the new gauge." Another example, "I am starting from scratch. I need to know how to go from the port on the engine block to the gauge."

Then there are dozens of different sizes and styles of threading that could be involved to connect the gauge.

Where in the world are you located?

I put one on my 6806 about 8 years ago, I just took off the sending unit for the idiot light (on the left side near the fuel filters) and threaded the new fitting into that, ran the line and mounted the gauge and that was that. I think the thread size was 6mm on the fitting. The oil gauge kit came with metric and standard thread sizes, I bought mine from Napa.

Hope this helps.

Yes indeed there are alot of information I
probably left out , I bought a used
factory 60 mm oil gauge that didn't have
any hardware to hook it up to the engine
oil port , I got a 1/8 copper line with
the connectors for a regular oil gauge ,
on the deutz gauge it's a bigger fitting
so I'm looking for the coupler that fits
that and reduces to a normal line , I have
the engine port part done

I lost my manual , the reducer that fits
the back of the factory oil gauge is what
I'm looking for , the line itself is 1/8

Look at hydraulic fittings and adapters also. Looking at other oil line fittings may get you what you want but you will need to go to a parts house with knowledge and ability for those parts or go look at McMaster Carr. They would probably have something like that available for you. Might be just easier to go with metric line from end to end.

Thanks , it's a m12 x 1.5 female coupler that reduces to fit a 1/8-28 male , I'm sure I will eventually find it ,
