Must be around the 20's or the 40's with those old wood spoke wheels. 30's they would have been probably doing it by hand. Just guessing on this.
 
Dad had a buck rake hooked to his F 12. He would pick up shocks of oat hay. bring it to the stationary bailer, to be forked in by hand. Back in
the 50's.I did my share of forking in hay to that hungry bailer. Which was a New Holland wire tie. I can still remember the sound of that 4
cylinder Wisconsin engine if it got too much hay. Later on Dad put up his hay in rows and bailed it that way, like the bailer was designed to
