Prices seem very cheap although might get me on shipping.

The cheap alliance are not very good one lasted 4
years before it rotted and blew the sidewall the next
one lasted six years before the sidewall rotted and
pinched the tube. They also split in front of the lugs
really bad . This was on a heavy tillage and heavy
loaded tractor always stored outside so you might be
ok . Ive went to galaxy and although I dont like there
narrower profile they have held up well

Thanks. I tried to get a price from this company. Filled out all the info and it said they didn't bill in my state. Also I put extra tires in my cart and couldn't remove them. Said to call them. Seemed kind of fishy. The same tires were much more on other sights.

Alliance tires are ok for the hobby
tractor that is kept inside. When I worked
for Firestone we had Alliance and Galaxy
tires that were kept outside in a back
lot. They were our tires that would beat
anyone else's price. We ended up sending
most of them back because they were dry
rotting after sitting out for a year. They
did not like sunlight at all! I priced out
new tires a few days ago just out of
curiosity. 15.5-38 Firestones that I
bought about 20 years ago for about $200
each are now close to $800. So I can see
why the cheaper ones are tempting. It
depends how you want to use them and store
them.

Well for me i deal with one guy and i have since 1978 . and i can tell you NOBODY can beat his prices . Plus when no o0ne can get a tire Jimmy has always come thru . been a while back now but when the local Antique tractor pullers (The cry baby's wanted 16.9x38 ) everyone was buying them . Was not long before one could not find a set anywhere at any price . So if you wanted to go play and be somewhat competitive one needed to steep up . i was hearing guys payen well over 700 buck a tire . I called jimmy and he said give me a day and i will see what i can come up with . well before the day was out Jimmy called me back and said hey i got you two FIRESTONE Super all trac. coming tomorrow for 225 each including tubes in 6 Ply that ok . I needed tires for the War Dept.'s Durango those are hard to come by . Seen prices on them upwards of 250 a tire Jimmy's prices mounted balanced 94 a tire . My service truck tires a 235x85x16 10 ply traction 85 bucks and these are NOT made in China . Yep it's a drive for me down to Jimmy's but i will make that drive . He and i started dealing way back just before Christmas of 78 when i needed tires on my truck i plowed snow with and one could not find a 12 .5x33x16.5 anywhere . He was the last i called and he said come on down . It was after five Pm. when i got there and he waited on me . a rinkey dink tire shop out in the middle of nowhere in a major snow storm working outside and he had what i needed and i was shocked at the CHEAP price plus he put radials on for half what others wanted for a bias . He told me to try them and if i did not like them he would put bias back on at NO charge . Like i said this was a major snow storm and i had a 20 mile drive back to the house i was totally impressed on how well the radials would dig . And his price on them was far less then bias . Nah i don't go chasen the internet for tire.s , i make a call give him a day and now make the 35 mile drive . For tractor tires he will send one of his lot dogs up and install them .

I have had the galaxy doing the same kind of work stored outside winter and summer no rot and no cracks where the alliance was cracked and rotting in two years

On my brothers 2940 with loader. It has alliance tires on it sets inside most of the time to nearly all the time has had the tractor for a little over 10 years with no problem. they are not loaded I believe and are starting to do some cracking between the lugs at the middle of them. Will probably go several more years yet. It is also MFWD so that cuts down on the spinning and tire wear for the rear.

Not a big fan of Galaxy. There's one Galaxy and a much older Firestone Field & Road on the same tractor. The Galaxy is all weather checked and dry. The Firestone looks like new. This tractor has never sat outside.

The address sold in 2020
Reviews are old and few.

Building with Ken Jones in it first.

Now there is a spa supply in it.

We had the Galaxys and Alliances back when I worked there in the mid 90s. Hard to say how they have changed over the years. And the ones we had problems with were just in our storage lot, not mounted or being used. When I was working there, I put new Firestones all the way around on an M that I still have. They are nearly 30 years old, have sat outside year around and to this day have no signs of cracks or rot. There is something to be said for higher quality tires.
