I have recently changed all the oils in my 58 Power Major. Since doing this the rear hydraulic lift arms won't operate. Any ideas please ?

PTO drives the hydraulic pump on those tractors so has to be in gear. Flat lever by the clutch
pedal pulled back towards the driver.
