According to the website:
The tractor in the photograph was a Fordson Super Major. If you look closely at the grill, youll see it reads D H Goblin, as in the de Havilland Goblin jet engine.

Sorry; that's not a Super Major, wrong hood ornament, hood latch handles.

It actually says Diesel Fordson Major on the bonnet side. Seen that picture many times. it is quite famous over here for a photographer being in the right place at the right time. Pilot landed through the rooves of some market garden green houses.

I would say that's what's referred to as Giving the jet back to the taxpayers. Luckily his ejection seat was up to the task. Nice pic of the tractor though.

As the story goes, the pilot was incredibly lucky. The jet was tumbling. Had he ejected a split second later, he would have been slammed into the ground.
