Made by Ross Carrier Company in Benton Harbor, MI. Around 1933.
About 10 miles from where I lived my first forty years.
Ross Carrier also made the Sears sold Graham Bradleys, Sears Economy and Thrifty Farmer tractors.
Ross Carrier went on to become Clark Equipment, maker of the Michigan brand of heavy equipment.
When the Parrett S5 was designed and built, Jabez Love was an engineer working for Parrett at Ross Carrier.
In 1933, Love went out on his own an basically copied the S5 but used Ford truck power and driveline to obtain faster road speed.
