Reminds me of the winter of 78 here. The
people with all electric homes had to get
someone with a four wheel drive to drive
them to town where they stayed with friends
or in a motel.

Well, not anymore. They'd already cut it.

Kinda related: If you look at old--100+ years--pics of towns in our area, you see no trees anywhere. All cut down to clear, to build, to heat/cook.
