Pretty good looking tractor. Tin looks nice. Where fenders an option on those tractors or are they just missing. Have fun with it.
Did you ever farm in Montgomery County Maryland? I saw some photos posted on here a while back that looked familiar, my Dad had a dairy and a sheep operation in Montgomery county and the 1968 2520 was purchased at Gladhills in Damascus. I have been gone from the area for 44 years but I have many fond memories of those days.

Mike, a heads up, just saw an H for sale in Wooster on FB market place. Whole or part out. Pretty rough and real stuck but I'd like the PTO for mine.

Is that original pant or an older repaint? Nice tractor either way.
I wish I could afford a restored 530 JD. I worked there in engineering and knew the guys that did those designs back in that day. They finally put the steering wheel ergonomically, had good hydraulics, power steering on ALL of them, independant PTO, one of the better seats of the day.......Leo

The area in Iowa I bought this most 2 cylinders were ordered with dual hyds. Lots of contours and strips so the dual hyds were used for front cultivators. I don't think these were ever used as the plugs look like they were never removed. Tom

We farmed near Hagerstown MD until 2005 when we moved to a farm in WI. I have bought some equipment from Gladhill's in Frederick. Tom

Bring a trailer as this one will be for sale later this summer. I plan to plant some oats with it in a few weeks and maybe put it on the hay rake latter on. Tom
