A panoramic shot I took of the McCormick Deering lawn ornament I've had in the yard for years. Nice to see a summer time shot on this zero degree morning.

Thanks, rusty. Very nice. A 22-36 (on steel as your picture) was the first tractor my dad let me drive. And I rode with him some when he did spring planting in the days when the rig was a plow (3-14s), pony drill and packer. This was in the early 1940s.

Did you ever drive this one? I see it has the extension rims on the back wheels, the forerunner of later dual rear tires !!

This was my little brother's project almost 50 years ago. We dragged it home from a neighbours and he went to work un-seizing the engine. He did eventually get it to run briefly on a pull start but somehow it just got parked after that and life went on. Engine seized up solid again of course. I don't think it is the same one but my great uncle on my mother's side had the identical tractor for years in the 30s and 40s.
