Allis Chalmers Distributor

I was wondering if I can put a distributor from a WD-45 on a WC in place of the magneto.

The Delco Remy distributor from the WD45 is a direct replacement for the Fairbanks Morse Magneto

I didn t know if they were the same, I ve got a Delco retrofit on a WC currently and it works great, Thanks

My WC has been Farmerized over the years, and so when I bought it, it had an American Bosch magneto on it. My Question is, is the mounting the same for all three? In other words, the Delco distributor from a WD45 will fit?

I will probably never do it, because the magneto has been (so far) trouble-free, just curious...
