Moved Snow and Wheat

The 2090 Case has had an easy winter but today it got a little exercise. Had to widen some of the approach and areas in the yard to the semis could make the turns and get out with 3 loads of wheat loaded by the 2090 on grain vac. Conditions deteriorated as the day progressed and its looking like a blizzard this evening.

Sundogs and Snow

Hey rust6. Its been snowing and blowing pretty much all day here. Supposed to stop sometime early tomorrow. The weather brains at environment Canada still have us under a snowfall warning. Probably some of it coming your way. Its March in southern Alberta. Lol

Looks like the start of a good snow pile you have there. I hit some this morning that was so solid I could drive on it with the tractor and not break through. Blade broke it up in big chunks. Could have built a good igloo with it.

It looks so fridged cold there! Zero Fahrenheit for you, Zero Celsius for me, and snowed here most of Friday. I had to travel into downtown Toronto and back home yesterday, something like 125km one way. Roads were a sloppy mess, very slippery and lots of wet spray coming off truck tires on highway.

How much more crop do you still have to get out? Or will you wait after this to ship more after things turn to drier spring conditions?

All of it. This bit of wheat was the first I have sold from the 22 crop. Prices have been dropping lately so the rest of the crop might stay in the bin for a while in hopes of higher prices.
Cold? Well its all about the wind. Yesterday was kind of miserable even when it hit +15F because of the wind. I've been more comfortable at 0F on a quiet sunny day.
Still got a real blizzard blowing here this morning.
