CaseIH 1075 Hydraulic Issue

My tractor, when it is cold, needs to warm up before it will move. It has a loader and the loader works very shaky until it warms up and there is no steering. In 20 degree weather it takes about 5 minutes to warm up. It has a F/R shuttle shift and once the tractor is warmed up I can shift to F or R and the tractor will move.
I haver played with it a bit and found that, when i start the tractor and leave the shuttle in F or R, the tractor, once warmed up, will take off, wether I am in the tractor or not.
Thbis is a safety concern that i want to address however my dealer seems stumped. Has anyone had any experience with this.Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I had a similar issue with my Jubilee in the winter.
I was using cheap hydraulic universal fluid from RK,
My problem went away when I bought the hydraulic fluid CNH recommends.

In addition to what Bob said what about the filter. I would just hope that if you had it to a dealer or ask them about it they would have recommended to try changing the hydraulic fluid and filter. What does the fluid look like? If it is yellowish and milky that is a sign of water in the system. How do you use the tractor? Repeatedly short use times in cold weather tend to cause water to condense inside the hydraulic system. Does the tractor have ranges and speeds? I would assume that part of the transmission can be placed in neutral! That should keep it from moving when the hydraulically applied reverser warms up to the point it will drive the machine.
