It has always been a pain to attach my tool bar tongues to the front hitch brackets on my Farmall M.
I have used jacks, chains and come-a-longs. I knew there had to be an easier way.
Over the years several ideas paraded through my mind. This idea finally came up.

I made some extenders for the lifting arms to help in lining up the tongues to the front brackets.
I made the hydraulic lift do all the heavy lifting. It took several holes to be drilled to find the sweet spot.
Now its just raise the hydraulic lift and the tongues are readily lined up.

Yep,
Actually I have 3 loaders.
Kubota and 2 terramites.
BAck savers.
Recently I used one terramite load the landscape rake on truck.
Use the second terramite to unload it at my other property.
My back is shot.

This ballast weighs about 1000 pounds.
I have to use the terramite to attach it. Ballast hinging on a chain is easy to move around.
