I mentioned these the other day when you posted the Oliver.

I found one near me years ago with no attachments. Another poster on this sight from Florida bought it. Believe he gave $2600 for it and while it ran it had one of those paint everything paint jobs.

Seller told me he had people from as far away as Pennsylvania calling and asking about the tractor after I posted about it on this site.

John deere had offset models. If one ever comes up for sale it may go into the six figures on price. You know it being a Deere. LOL

As popular as organic foods have become and thus the need for cultivating, that price does not surprise me - too much.
For a 'collector' the price is pretty steep but for an investment in an agribusiness it is not very high. I can imagine something of a renaissance in all those small cultivating tractors - Farmall As, Bs, Allis Gs, anything that you could bolt a set of cultivators to.

Ultradog, most of the Cubs and As I have sold the last several years have been to younger folks ( under 30) they plan to grow a garden, so they know what they are eating. Unfortunately, the Cub prices ain't gone up much.
