The TORO-WORTHINGTON Company built tractors for mowing using FORD engines on some starting with the the Model A. Later TOROs used the FORD 4-CYL Flat Heads and Industrial engines that were the same used on the 9N tractor and 38-40 Trucks and busses.

I didn't realize Toro made that kind of equipment, a Minnesota company, I found a little history:

The Toro Company is an American company based in the Minneapolis suburb of Bloomington, Minnesota that designs, manufactures, and markets lawn mowers, snow blowers, and irrigation system supplies for commercial and residential, agricultural, and public sector uses.
The company was established as the Toro Motor Company in 1914 to build tractor engines for The Bull Tractor Company.[4] In 1948, Toro entered the push mower market, acquiring Whirlwind Corp. They sold push mowers under this name for several years. In 1952, the Whirlwind's factory in Windom, Minnesota was closed.

Worthington and Toro were separate company's.
Worthington started building Ford model T based mowing tractors in the 1920's, then moved on to using Model A's, then Model Bs. In the late 30s, Worthington started using Dodge truck parts to build the Model C Chief. Jacobson acquired Worthington in the 1940s but kept the Worthington name on the tractors until the 60s. They continued building mowing tractors using the Ford 8N, then the Jubilee/hundred series tractors. They also built a Continental Red Seal tractor. You have pictures of the Worthington Red Seal and Model A tractors above.

Is that the same Worthington company that built the large portable air compressors? The local mining museum here in AZ has an air compressor that is built like a tractor.
