Allis G value

Once in a blue moon, I see an Allis G listed at an auction. I know nothing about them so my question is what to pay. Price on running and also with trashed engine.

I see alot of them sell for $3 to 4,ooo. With bad engine $1000. Just a guess, and yes, I do own one, it was my Grandpas that he
bought in the 1970's. Bill

One in California went for 1900 restored
and running. Wanted it, but didn't have
the bandwidth to get it at the time.

Was one here locally 6-8 months ago on both Marketplace and CL; $3,500 was the asking, running in it's original work clothes.

sold my dads last summer. G plus plow, cult, sickle, front blade, nicest unmolested original ive seen. I think had the original zig zag tread tires in good shape. 4,000

No where close to that here in Tennessee runners even with hydraulic lift struggle to bring anything over 2 thousand and non runners for just a little over scrap depending on condition of rear tires usually 5/600 . That market peaked around here 5 to 6 years ago now they just do not sell that good.

Never saw one sell or heard of one selling, very few ever in
this part of country. Only one I knew of belonged to the AC
dealer and had a loader on. I don't know where it went. Store
closed when 2 of 3 owners passed on. There was a collector
that had several but he passed a few years back and have no
idea where his collection went.
