1952 Ferguson TO-30: Transfer Case

I am restoring a 1952 Ferguson TO-30 and on the Hi/Lo transfer case, the bottom yoke keeps slipping off the control arm when we try to shift from hi to lo. Any suggestions on how to get the yokes and gears all back together inside the transfer case?

sheared key,roll pin drift pin, set screw missing? the fork has to be
secured to shifter shaft. hope 1 of any is laying loos in bottom of
gear box. im not sure what secures the fork to the shifter but has to
be 1 of the above

That would be a Sherman over/under drive, an aftermarket addition.

Might post down on the Harry Ferguson board below, there are some there that have experience with them.

The Sherman boxes were used on Ford tractors as well.
