I wonder where that was taken.

Doesn't look like any of the Olie plant pictures i've seen but that doesn't mean much.

Ford went to the wraparound windshield in 1956,so I would guess at earlier than that. But,being a semi, and Canadian, all bets are off.I had a December of 73 C 60 Chevy bucket truck with the 72 style cab,the original owner had bought it new in March of 74.

ot that front boy on his knees!

How did the dealerships unload their one or two. Interesting packing! I can see the plant being able to load them up its what they did all week long, but each dealer needed a way to unload.

I find the building interesting too.My first thought was something church related, but those things in the windows are probably just the design of the windows, not crosses. And,what are those little figures standing at the second floor levels?

Maybe a small A frame hoist and just move it from tractor to tractor. Ford tractor shops had a real small narrow ones, made out of round pipe.

I used to own one of those trucks. Mine was a C750 Big Job. It was a 1953. Horn button in the steering wheel said Golden Jubilee 50 years of Ford Motor company. Sold it to a gentleman in Virginia, he stretched the frame dropped a 3208 Cat Turbo in it and made a motorhome out of it. It was a real eye opener.
