I have two lmc trackmaster 75s and both are missing the return hydraulic filter that fits in the hydraulic tank under the cap. I have a filter out of a trackmaster 85 but it is too tall. The machine acts like it is cavatating works great for a few minutes then tracks start to freeze up loader always works, what is wierd is if it is not wanting to move if I put the loader all the way up then drop it while pushing both track sticks forward it takes off normal for a second. I have a trackmaster 85 parts manual and hydraulic tear down but I am looking for the hydraulic filter model for a trackmaster 75 any help appreciated. Also I have two new sets of tracks I would sell at least one set located in Northern California

Hey roary, you are one lucky guy! I know a previous owner of your two trackmasters and here is a list of the parts ordered from applied industrial technologies to fix your track motor, it has blown out a few times and each time this is what was replaced. Also I believe the model # of the drive motor is rexroth mcr05c. These seals and bearings were measured and crossed at applied. This took years and thousands of dollars! You are welcome and you owe me a beer!

lucky indeed, unfortunately one of the units came to me in pieces, all the hydraulic lines and controls are still there minus 2 rams has the tanks and whole undercarriage but its missing the motor, the main pump and one of the final drive motors (i do have the cogs for the tracks though). the information you have given me is great and indeed helpful! one of the drive motors is missing entirely. i will check the part number you gave me and see if i can find a reman'd drive motor, im still after more. with out breaking the bank on this rebuild all i have is an isuzu c223 na motor that i pulled from an isuzu pup that i may be dropping into it. i also have an om617 motor sitting next to it, im leaning toward the isuzu its naturally aspirated and ment for automotive so my rev limit is around 4300, ill be losing some power forsure but i figure theyre reliable as hell i can live with that, so what im thinking is that you have the 75 model which means you have the model i can more easily replicate. being that your 4jb motor is somewhat similar to the c223 motor i plan on using. my other 85 that runs has a kubota v3300 its seeming like my budget cannot afford one of those and they are seemingly hard to come by. looks like i will need to look into mating a rexroth aa10VG to the c223 then finding part numbers for the auxilary pump. something i noticed is that the 85 in pieces has a front PTO the other 85 with the kubotA does not

Hopefully he will see this, but the two post he made in this thread are the only two he ever made here, at least using that handle.
