OK guys, take $5 go to Walmart, buy a small $5 bundle of cut flowers, FOR NO REASON, take home and put in fruit jar, put on
kitchen table. Don't have to say anything. Actions speak louder than words. Trust me.
Best $5 you can spend.

Absolutely! No need to wait for your wedding anniversary. Flowers sent every 3 or 4 months make a profound impression.
Don't worry if she asks why the occasion. She is the love of your life and that should be sufficient

But she might say , so what are u guilty of now? Or ok , now what kind of tractor did you buy? Lol

I did that randomly for my wife when she worked in a dental office. There was a flower shop right next door, and I'd have them take flowers to her while working. It made her feel special and look good in front of her coworkers- all women. She would come home all smiles! Mark.

My wife worked as a floral designer. Some years back I was in the shopping club store and saw roses, 12.50 a doz. It was sweetest day so I grabbed a bunch and put them in a vase when I got home. What do you think she said when she got home and saw them?

Oh, they're nice. Thank you.

Very pretty, what a surprise.

Nah.....it was How much did you pay for those?

Ya right. More than once I've heard women say ''I should have known he was cheating. He never bought me flowers before''.

Every time that I have bought flowers for my wife, she is so appreciative.
Every time I sent them to the Doc's office where she worked, she really enjoyed having her co workers see them.
I don't quite understand why all the negativity in the posts below.

A couple of times, I had some fun sending them to her at work with no card and when she called, I denied sending them.
The girls in the office really gave her a ribbing.
One time I sent some and made up a false name for the card with some comments.
I denied sending those also.
That was hilarious when the girls saw that.

When my wife turned 40 she was a bookkeeper at a feeder pig market in downtown Conant, Illinois. I called a local florist to have a nice bouquet of roses sent to her. A sweet gal took my order, but when I told her that I wanted them delivered to the hog barn she spoke harshly and hung up on me. I called right back and asked to speak to the owner of the shop. The owner and her husband had both been teachers at our high school and had known Linda and I for a long time. We all had a good laugh. They did say that it was the first time that they had ever delivered flowers to a hog barn.

You sound like a man of experience. I made an offer on a tractor at the auction in Ohio, they said they needed to check with the owner. Called and left a message while I was at work, congratulations you just bought a tractor. She was hot. Another time I bought a tractor at a local auction, the kids beat me into the house and announced dad bought a tractor. Later that summer we were hauling hay wagons and she asked how much I paid for that tractor and after I told her, she said that's a lot of tractor for $1200. I almost fell down.

On our first anniversary I bought my wife one red rose. On second two red roses. On the third three red roses. On forth four red roses. Then she said I never bought her any thing. Never got another rose. If she appreciate them she would be getting 59 roses this year.

A similar thing was said among machinists along with the comment you do oil your lathe don't you.
