Show-off kid! Those levers are seldom adjusted and probably easiest done when stopped.
Trip rope easy to drop or raise plow.

But the implication that the kid might try plowing....
1. Bellowing, gassy exhaust just in front of you.
2. Dirt off those wheels blowing into your face.
3. Very difficult to reach the clutch.
A sure way to lose a kid eventually on that rig!

I plowed at age 11 but with a splendid 1940 SC Case with big fenders, a muffler and a trip-rope JD 2-16 jump-up plow. Easy to use hand clutch and a dad that laid out the "land" first. Leo

(quoted from post at 09:44:41 12/29/22) What could possibly go wrong.
n those days, boys grew into men at a much earlier age than today where they are still living at home at age 30 & haven't decided what they want to do in life....yet!
