I think that is the oiler. Pumps oil to the moving parts.

I believe the bore and stroke is 4ft by
5ft. But it's been a while since I was
there.

Sorry, 2 ft by 4 ft. And it has. 2 pistons on a single rod and I believe it fires on both sides of each piston so there is power with each stroke. It burned a tremendous amount of gas as well, something like 1/4 of what it pumpeeed
