New member and some pics

(quoted from post at 07:41:28 12/11/22) Some of the junk on my land

Welcome.

This site has some spam filters which are currently blocking your pictures. In general, if you are posting in Classic view, you need more than 5 text posts on record before adding pictures. If you are posting in the Modern view the filter was recently changed to allow posting pictures after 1 text post on record. Keep trying, there is a TEST Forum, near the bottom of the index, where you can try posts without being in an active forum.

Thanks Jim, I'll try again. First a tease, I bought some property in NYs Southern Tier, in the foothills of the Allegany Mts. 33 acres of forest on an old oil field, and a multi generational junkyard.
I visit on weekends, doing rehab on the house, another old neglected eyesore. Hoping to move in this spring, and seeing the need for a working tractor, I've started eyeballing some of the junk around here, seeing if there is anything salvageable.

I'll try a couple of pics now, what I believe is a Farmall H and an Allis b

How many people here have gone to
their profile (?) page and seen when
they first started here and how many
posts they've put out there!!??

Just letting a new member know what is keeping his pictures from showing.

If one uses Modern View, the post count shows in the Author block at the left of every post, no need to go anywhere else to see the count. It also shows when they joined. Both things common in most forum formats for years now.

Hi Pat, welcome to the forums, could you post a couple pics of that, I am assuming a logging arch, mounted
on the back of a tractor on the left side of the wide view pic, that is interesting.

Welcome. Being from California when I think of NY. I picture nothing but cities, cars, and people. I had a opportunity to go to Corning NY for my work
one time. My vision of NY changed. Lots of open land. Stan

That's an IH #33 loader.

I have an H with the same loader, only mine's a #33A with hydraulic tilt on the bucket.
