By gosh you're right. I suppose it could be if you have narrow tight corners. Always go around them same direction. Also for getting along the edge. Maybe?

Has to be offset as it goes around a corner in order to pack the material between the rear wheels. As it straightens out it returns to center.

What is the screen on the stack for? Maybe to keep from setting trees on fire as the roller
