2090 Case Back Home

I drove the 2090 Case home from the shop in town today. Nice to have a clutch that fully disengages and can shift without so much effort. Not a very scenic drive
home as it was one of those whiteout days where you can hardly tell where the horizon ends and the sky begins. I'm a little croaky from a cold I picked up
somewhere so I didn't stop to install the blade on it when I got home. Just drained the 30 engine oil so I can put in the 10 oil.I took this picture in the shop before I left. They had a 970 in for some work.

Good video for us down south, near the Ohio and Mississippi River confluence. I've decided I'm not tough enough to live where you do. I think one would have to have grown up in your area to be able to tolerate and accept the harshness of the climate. I'm sure those darn armadillos that have invaded us here won't ever make it to your area.

That wasn't even a cold day. A little above zero. Today I'd admit its cold at -15F and enough wind to put the chill factor up near -30F.I spent about an hour working out at the cattle shelter and its not bad as long I stay out of the wind. Probably helps to have grown up with these conditions.

Your first video with a bass voice ! Always enjoy your posts. Much like you I have about four different brands. Are the big Case , the Big IH , the 2140 and the Massey - your working tractors ? You got a pretty good team there. I still need a tractor with a cab though , as I get older and colder. Be careful and hoping you entertain us all winter. Hope you found some chicken soup for that cold you caught.

Yes, you have named my whole fleet except for the Cockshutt 50 that comes out a few times a year to run the hammer mill to grind oats for cattle feed.
Thanks, I am not quite living on chicken soup and tylenol but I've consumed about a year's worth in these past few days. Still working on it.
