A new steel roof and some siding it would go another hundred years. Sad part is you can build a new pole barn for less money and have more usable machine space in it.

Took a lot of steering to get that Ford in the barn side ways. Looks like it is now wedged in by a lot of junk.

i need a roof on my 50 year old 32x64 pole barn, most carpenters are to busy to even give a bid, but i got one from a stranger,a contractor, for $15,000, plus the steel, I politely said no thanks !

Nope, I watched him drive it right straight in through the open left side.

In 2016 I put steel on both barns(the back barn is 30 x 48 with a 13 x 48 lean to on the back) and the house for less than your labor. Not that difficult. Why not do it yourself?

I wouldn't put a steel roof on unless it was standing seam. Too much water damage with conventional steel.
