Happy Thanksgiving

While enjoying your feast, give a thought to the Native peoples who were invaded and decimated by the Euorpean colonizers. Those who owned this land for 15,000+ years before the invasion and are still here with 1/3 living in poverty from all the years of attempts to erase them.

With the heavy rain here, my tractors are going to get a good week or more off. The backhoe however is currently supporting a large sow (554# initial weight) that will hopefully complete processing today if the rain will let up a bit.
 
Back at you and everyone else here. I feel truly blessed with good health for me and my family and we are all doing
good in life. Like everyone else we have our ups and downs but seem to come out of it ok.
 
I wish everyone to have a prosperous, healthy, wealthy, and happy Thanksgiving This comes from Pennsylvania.

If the past is not kept in the consciousness of the present it will be repeated.
 
There is a difference in reflecting on history which is good and fixating on an era to be vindictive. Only the person inside of
each of us knows if we are doing something for the good of all people or not.

Happy Thanksgiving all! Live 9 miles east of Princeton, headed south through the fog to my wifes sisters place in Victoria, beautiful morning and our 10th anniversary buying the farm! No kidding, the first morning we woke up here the weather was exactly the same.

Except they were NOT native: they just invaded earlier. And they were savage people, too, murdering one another with abandon, sometimes in wholesale lots. The last slave kept in the US were owned by American Indians. :roll:
