Possibly Fordson has the right appearance , has late shifter , early did not have shift in and out . My thoughts

Yes, a Rockwood type pulley attachment for a Fordson, but missing a few of the drive parts.

Thanks 560 and warbaby. Looks just like the video. They sold two old Fordson tractors at the sale. Unfortunately the rest of the parts probably went to the scrap man if they were not stil on the tractors Thank you

The tractors were saved to be yard art. I purchased the pulley out of a falling down shed. Scrap man got a lot of the buildings as they were asking people to choice something only once or twice and then sold the lot to move on. Actually called the sale with some stuff left to sell as the crowd was gone and selling items by headlight in a snow storm was not getting much interest. I unfortunately did not realize that there may have been more to the unit, bearing and flange were not with the parts I got.
