John Deere B gauges

I'm looking for new gauges for my JD B and was wondering if any of you know were to get gauges with the logo EXCATLY like these. i want it to be all stock

I have not seen a temp gauge from steiners that work. Evergreen Restoration I have hear good things about.

If you can't find originals, look into instrument restoration.

It's popular in automotive restoration. They restore the original gauges to like new!

If restoring your tractor, I'd consider reusing those if they function. Let them be the only unrestored part.

It doesn't run so I don't know if they work. I'm going for a through restoration. besides the water temp gauge has a ton of rust

for the temperature gage just put the bulb in some hot water and see if the needle moves in a second as the temperature affects it. Then just hook the oil gage up to a different tractor and see if that needle moves if they do then let them be that small part that is original.

One thing to keep in mind young feller ..... you won't go to jail if everything isn't absolutely stock and perfect. You can needlessly spend a lot of your hard-earned money striving for perfection and nobody will really care too much. Good luck with your projects.

They will pay more atention if something is cobbled up. Only place the absulte correct parts would be if taken to a 2 cylinder expo as they are very picky, Just paint color on an axle will give them fits.

One of the best places for reproduction original parts for JD 2 cylinder tractors is unfortunately not around anymore. They helped me out big time with a bolt on my B for the manifold. It was called Dubuque Tractor or Dubuque Two Cylinder, but I haven't been able to find their website for years now.
