A tremwndous amount of black smoke coming
out of the exhaust pipe when I pull a
cutting harrow up a slight slope or when I
get in deep soil. I just recently added
oil to the injector pump and changed the
fuel filter and it starts releasing the
black smoke after running it for around 15
minutes. 1983 Ford 7710 tractor.

If turboed which I would expect it is . does the turbine spin and does it have any leaks in the connections from turbo to head? Lack of air whether by plugged filter or lost supply by leaking intake connections will probably be your culprit.

Check/clean/replace the outer and inner air filters. Also check the turbo connections and make sure none are loose at the turbo or intake manifold. You could also check the compressor side of the turbo to make sure it's not stuck or worn so bad it's running on the housing.
