How much should I list a 1958-1960 Massey Ferguson for. I got it to run, and it runs great. New battery, starter, voltage regulator, starter button. It s 4 speed, hydraulics work and shift lever start.

With a vague description like that don't expect to get much, under $1,000. Buyers will believe the seller does not know what he/she has so they can low ball their offers.

Massey Ferguson, as a rough guess probably made
around 10 different models in the range of years you
have. The tractors could range from 35 to 93hp. So I
agree with everything SS said. A lot of newer posters
here just do not realize they can go out the door and
look at the machine in question, on our end all we have
is words on a screen.

Were you possibly trying to post a picture? That needs
to be done through the ..Choose files.. button down
below the ..Upload Photos/Videos.. at the bottom of
the replay page.

Used tractor price guide doesn't even list a tractor in that year range with a 4 speed, I suspect you have a Ferguson, maybe a TO-20 or 30, that is older than you think. You need to narrow it down before you
can begin to price it.

All the parts you put on doesn't increase the value of a tractor
that much.
Selling price depends on the condition of the tires, if it
smokes, and if everything works.
Then you need to find someone that wants an old tractor.
What's worth? Whatever you can get out of it..
Not to sound negative, I have no need for that old of a tractor.

I think today's younger people want an all in one tractor,
Kubota and John Deere fills that need, with a loader, mower, backhoe and make
payments.

I see a lot more new small kubotas and JD in people's yards than old tractors.
As a matter of fact, I have an old 1950 Farmall with a mower. My tractor is the only one like it still in use in my neighborhood.

Need more info, MF did not make a four speed farm tractor in 1958-1960. Should be a three speed with a hi/lo making six speed forward and two reverse gears. A
photo would really help.

If this is the same one you posted about with starting problems before, it is not a Massey Ferguson as I remember it. You were asked for pictures of the whole tractor than and the same is needed now, if you want better help with ideas on value. Post pictures of the whole tractor, both sides, front and rear. Sheet metal and tires need to be seen. Help people help you, we cannot see it.

The picture you posted showing some of the tractor before.

If it has a 4 speed transmission and starts with the shifter, it is NOT a 1958-1960 and it is NOT a Massey Ferguson. It is an earlier Ferguson, no newer than 1954.

Yes this is the same one I posted about the starting issues. And it says Massey Ferguson on the front of the hood and on the info plate by steering wheel. I couldn t find the year on it and based on what I found I guessed what the year was only

Ugh we ll I feel stupid, this whole time I was thinking it said Massey. It says harry Ferguson

Now that you are on board with what several tried to tell you previously, post some good pictures of it and you will likely get responses to give you a better idea of what you have and it's value. The guys here are trying to help you. Include a legible picture of the serial number plate by the steering wheel you mentioned.
