There is a RR museum/restaurant in NW Indiana.
I've been there. No trail rides but a neat
Place to see if you are into RR things and you are about 50 miles north of Lafayette In.

If you notice the restaurant has Miniature RR tracks near the ceiling..

A few old RR cars outside you can see.

Out here on the Oregon coast, we have the Oregon Coast Scenic railway. It runs between Garabaldi and Rockaway, and is usually on steam. We like to take the grandkids when ever we get them and get over to the coast.

George, do you remember Earne's Fireside Inn in Knox? It was a good place to eat. He had 3 or 4 trains running all around the dinning room, The bar room had the sidings where the trains would park, then the next train would make the circuit, all automatic. Various businesses would decorate a car with their advertising and pay a small bit to have it pulled around. He had good food at a fair price. Unfortunately it was sold and now a CVS. joe
