Rusty, I always enjoy your pictures & videos. When I lived in Alberta I was told the Woods Buffalo (or Bison if we wanna be politically correct???) were somewhat different, certainly darker in color, than the Buffalo found down here in the U.S. Is that supposedly correct? kelly

I know there is a difference between the types of bison but I can't recall what it is. Not even sure what type these are.

(quoted from post at 07:59:18 09/13/22) Always like your videos. Is it just regular live stock fencing keeping them in ?
No, that is some heavy duty and expensive fencing for the buffalo. I never did hear the cost per mile. Big long and heavy posts compared to regular pickets. Heavy page wire about six feet high. Not quite high enough to keep the moose and deer trying jumping over as I see bends in the top of the wire where they have jumped/crawled over. Occasionally see a moose or deer in with the buffalo.
