That is because it has a Perkins P3 fitted. This was an option before the Standard Motor Company diesel was used. The P3 version had to have a fillet fitted in the dash because of the increased height. The tractor was felt to be unstable, and rumour has it that Harry Fergusson was not impressed.

The other tractor in the hedge is either a Nuffield 3/45 or a 4/65, both were designed by Harry Fergussons design team working for the British Motor Corporation, later British Leyland. Both tractors were classes as a failure due to hard steering and engine vibration in the 4/65. I love my 4/65 even though someone on here said it was the ugliest tractor he had seen. ;0)
