The structure could be saved if they wanted to. Has a pretty nice roof. Trim the big tree in back and cut down the ones on the sides. A little masonry
work and switch out a few boards. Heck youd have a barn for another 50 years or more. The roof is the most expensive repair and its done already.

Take it down, stabilize the base and put it back up. I did one hit by a car. Had to poura new footer then lay block back, not difficult. Have also done foundations under houses section at a time, tooth the end of the section and slide the block of the next section in when get there
 
That could be my new shop. Block doesn't
burn so a little safer for welding ECT.
