This vehicle has been in parades for at least 50 years that I know about.
Apparently worked in the snow. I wonder what the wheels came from.

Must be a wide front axle to keep the tires from touching the body when they turn. Certainly would give clearance in deep snow or muddy roads

The wheels appear to be custom. generic rims attached to generic wheels with fabricated spokes.

Definatly NOT Ford. Way too big to be from any car or light truck. Totaly custom.

Rag-picker is right. it is 1940 Ford Deluxe Tudor, customized with a slight lift and some aftermarket wheels!

The rear axle appears to be a full floating axle from a truck. Without that brakes would have been a big problem.

Is the front axle a beam axle from a truck too?

both axles appear- by the wide 5-bolt pattern- to be Ford 1.5 ton parts
