Shutoff arm o ring was leaking. Replaced with kit, about 10 bucks. Springs on fuel arm in place. Key towards outside on shutoff arm. Bled system. Got fuel to ip. Loosened injectors and turning engine over about 5 secs at a time. No fuel to injectors. Running when I parked it!!! Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Yea, I had the stop arm key facing down the 1st time I put it together. So I was very careful everything was lined up the 2nd time...

Quick update. After removing lid and checking for alignment, I noticed the pin on the shutoff arm was slightly wore on one side. So I took the slide off and put a "very" small offset with my needle nose pliers to raise it slightly. BAM man! Got fuel to the injectors! I believe the pin was hanging on slide or jumping over and keeping injectors shut off as I worked the arms back and forth before trying to start. Hopefully this might help someone else. Thanks to all. JB
