Case vc power lift

Hi all, I have a case vc that does have power lift, I was wondering what it was commonly used for, and how you operate it, thanks

The most common use would have been for a mounted cultivator, might have been used for a sickle bar mower.

There was also a mounted plow (not 3pt) that the power lift was used to raise and lower.

Chance' s are it's for a corn culitivator, i run one as kid, my uncle had case tractors,seems to touch it with your heel or foot, it lifted nicely,better than a 11 yr old kid trying to manuely trying to lift it
