(quoted from post at 06:53:09 08/08/22) If you dont care for someone on here just dont open the thread

You do realize that if Classic goes away this site will be like a ghost town, because so many said they will leave.
(quoted from post at 10:18:26 08/08/22) "At least on other sites with more modern forum software you can block members you don't care for, so you won't be blindsided."
Change software!! You do realize that if Classic goes away this site will be like a ghost town, because so many said they will leave.
On the serious side, Chris and Kim deserve a lot of credit and thanks for keeping the two views working as well as they do.
(quoted from post at 11:49:45 08/08/22) I miss SV, he was a hard worker and had projects all the time. You could learn something from him. He added excitement here as well.
(quoted from post at 07:12:40 08/08/22) Wrong, caterpillar guy.
"Barney" was designed to make fun of the guys here who quote supposed "law" when it comes to load securement and hauling.
Myths such as "straps are illegal," for example.
Though at times SV seems to be a proponent of "no straps or chains whatsoever."
(quoted from post at 13:25:57 08/08/22) I've always said, if everyone was like me, the world would be a very boring place. I enjoy the different characters on here, even if I dont always agree with them. I'm impressed by those who show a work ethic and have the tenacity to complete a tractor restoration. I know how hard and frustrating it can be. Anytime someone passes or just drops out, a source of knowledge leaves this site.
(quoted from post at 18:57:50 08/08/22) Pretty difficult to figure out who is replying to who in those threads.....
irst several years around I only was aware of 8N and Ford boards and all was real how to fix it talk. No BS & controversy. Now days those are so dead that without the garbage boards, (tractor talk (not really) and Tractor tales-OT, YT would have terribly low traffic, so YT is going to keep this mud train going. If all the stuff on these two gets under one's skin & causes heart burn one can stick to the technical boards & maybe actually be helpful & useful. On the other hand it one enjoys controversy, trying to influence others to bring them into their own "truths", on and on with nastiness thrown is , needles and insults, then there are two boards for those also. Just one person's opinion. Don't feel pressured to bring yourself into alignment. I look at some of this & when the insults, etc. get going, I do something else moving on. I don't need it. I would much rather enjoy a friendly chat All have a nice day, now!(quoted from post at 08:33:31 08/09/22) You most likely had at least 2 gas barrels then!!!!
