Plumb Shaver HD10 post driver to JD 4430

Just bought a Shaver HD10 post driver and want to use it on a 4430. Has anyone tried this? I'm unsure how to attach the hydraulic return line. The manual doesn't get very specific where to connect. I've seen some people say they plumb into the fill port. I'm not crazy about that one. Has anyone found a good port plug I can tap into on a 4430. Could also attach to a 4020 but need to find a good attachment for the return.

I have one on my 4230 and return into the fill hole.

I use the fill port (Ford 5000).

The driver needs to have as few restrictions for the highest return line flow rate as possible. Needs to pick up speed and whack that post in the ground.

Mine has a larger diameter return line than pressure line to help facilitate the higher flow rate.

FWIW, the fill port on the 5000 is under the seat. Pretty sure the return has a 1 in. pipe thread on the end. Used a 90 and a close nipple to stick it in the fill port, used cable ties to
secure the hose under the seat so it doesn't move.

Always used the fill port for the return line on our IH tractors. Return line must be absolutely non-restrictive when the driver drops.
