I can't quite make out the name on the rear gearbox?

And no differential between the two front wheels, to keep it simple.

Within each front wheel hub there was a pawl and ratchet mechanism so that when the tractor was moving forward in a straight line all three wheels drove positively. When turning to right or left the outer front wheel continued to be positively driven whilst the inner one slipped on the ratchet until the steering wheel once more returned to a central position.

The inner wheel would have less distance to travel, I think you have it backwards. I operated a walk behind garden tractor for a summer and its inner wheel drove and the outer coasted. Jim

The wheel arrangement is as it was built and shown in the photographs. I have seen one in the flesh. The rear wheel was on the left-hand side of the tractor viewed from the rear.

As Janicholson mentioned and I thought of as well it looks as though you walk behind it to work your garden. Wingnut

Long article about the Glasgow tractor in the February 1995 Gas Engine Magazine. All wheels 39 inches diameter which is one meter. Attach a few more pictures: Notice that the fuel tank and radiator appear to be from a Fordson model F.(another WW1 era tractor).

Jim when making a sharp turn your outer wheel drove while the inner sat there.

Teddy, do you have a NFE tractor? Put it on concrete, turn the steering wheel to full lock, shut it off, Then push on the inside rear tireto make it move backwards and see how it works for you.
