Was at an Amish repair shop yesterday and saw these. Tom

Rebaling those round bales in the background? I've seen Amish of one Ordnung pull a baler with an engine and steel wheels in the field, and I've seen Amish of another Ordnung use a loose hay loader and put it up in the barn loose, but I've never seen this being done.
 
Yeah Timmy, that makes sense, then there putting the Squares up in the barn via the elevator, they must like to work,LOL!!!!!
 
They only have a few acres so I think they bought round bales and were rebaling it into small squares for their horses. The farmers in this group use hay loaders and then fork it into the square baler at the barn. Tom
 
from area to area the OLD ORDER AMISH do vary how they farm and just what and how to do things is determined buy the Bishop i have lived around them all my life here in the KALONA,IOWA is one of the largest group of them in the USA NOW here no horses are used on the farm new modern tractors on rubber with cabs and then pull an enclosed trailer hauling people all what the Bishop allows
